Happy Thanksgiving

 

I'm thankful for delicious pumpkin cheesecake and chai roobios tea. I'm also thankful for my family, my friends and my health.

INSANITY: sweatyface

That's my post-Insanity sweatyface~ I've done Insanity about three times now and only when I haven't been able to go to the gym. It definitely lives up to it's name: it literally is insanity. Speaking of doing new sorts of workout routines, a class called boot camp conditioning is now being offered at my gym. My mom and I are probably going to go Thanksgiving morning, so very excited!

my favorite

This is the first semester that I haven't gone to school in years, 16 years probably. It's been mostly boring and I've been missing school. I start nursing school (ikr!) in January so now I feel like I need to take advantage of the time that I have left doing things that I love such as: drinking tea in my favorite mug, riding my (new!) bicycle, going to the library,reading, exercising, shopping at thrift stores, being on the internet, watching movies and documentaries.

tuesday

 Yesterday I made myself a delcious carrot, celery, and apple juice. I love to have some sort of fresh drink whether it be juice or a smoothie. like right now I'm drinking a chocolate and peanut butter smoothie ;D

  

after riding my bike around for a while (actually my dad's bike), I stopped by Whole Foods to get some lunch. It's all vegan and delish. I also picked up a tea that I've heard so much about and it was half off! I can't wait to try it, it's my kind of tea!

 This is my cat, Luna, laying down in someone else's backyard..... she escaped from me and got me quite frustrated but thankfully she jumped back over and I caught her. Spoiled cat.

I also took "before" pictures that I probably won't post until it's "after". I think I will write about my weight loss/fitness journey sometime soon.

H&M

 Yesterday I went to the grand opening of the first H&M in Arizona! It took two hours by bus and got there around 9:30 AM, it opened at noon. I got some free stuff plussss 25 dollars to spend which I did :D. It wasn't what I expected but hey i'm sure they're going to get better stuff. I'll make the two hour trip again sometime in the future if its worth it (or get a ride, sheesh).
 

minor setback

So halloween was uneventful which is a good thing really because not much candy was eaten.

Yesterday while riding my bike with Larry going to school, I was hit by car. It was such a shock and blur, I didn't know what to do. The driver kept asking if 911 needed to be called but I kept saying no. I got up right away with minor injuries (lots of road rash and bruises; today I'm very sore) and a broken bike. I felt so stupid and mourned the loss of my bike (I loved it :<)

In other not so nice news, I won't be able to go to the grand opening of H&M on thursday because of my brother. Buuut I'm thinking that I should wait until I look better (lose that last bit of weight!) to buy cute new clothes. So it's a plan! For Christmas I can go there and buy clothes that will look amazing on me because I will look amazing :)
