Not the best picture, I know! But today I made a vegan pineapple upside down cake. It turned out alright but I'm not a big fan of sweets that don't contain chocolate. I didn't have a proper pan as you can see but I made use of what I had. Later this week is halloween so I'm going to be making a lot more delicious things. yaaaay
